Eureka Gift Baskets accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, and personal checks. Eureka Gift Baskets reserves the right to receive money orders or personal checks, and obtain clearance from our bank, prior to shipment or delivery of the item(s).
Invoicing to corporate customers is available for all pre-approved accounts. Terms are payment in full within 15 days of shipment or delivery. Volume orders may require a deposit in advance. Please call toll free at 1-866-GFT-BSKT for more information.
Item Replacement:
In the event that demand exceeds supply for a particular item, Eureka Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute the item with another product of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
These terms and conditions must be accepted before the transaction is completed.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Eureka Gift Baskets backs our offerings with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Please call 1-866-GFT-BSKT if for any reason you or the gift recipient is not 100% satisfied so that we may correct the situation, replace the item, and/or process a refund, as applicable.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:
Eureka Gift Baskets processes orders in the same order in which they are received. Most gift baskets are delivered or shipped within 2-3 business days. Special requests for specific shipment/delivery time frames will be accommodated whenever feasible.
Delivery fees generally range from $6.00 - $12.00 within our typical delivery area, depending upon the location of the delivery. Delivery fees for delivery outside of our typical delivery area may be higher. Delivery fees are estimated during the ordering process.
Delivery/shipment timeframes for volume orders will be negotiated at the time of order placement.
Shipments are usually sent via UPS or FedEx Ground FOB West Chester, PA. Estimated hand delivery and shipment/packaging costs are calculated with on-line orders. Although we do our best to honor those costs, the carrier will at times charge additional fees due to the combination of the exact location of the shipment, package weight and package size. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to the customer if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimate provided through the on-line checkout by 10%. Any change to the shipping cost to be charged to the customer will be communicated via e-mail, and an image of the shipping receipt will be provided upon request. For orders placed in person or on the phone, the actual shipping and packaging costs are charged to the customer.
Accelerated shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipments within the continental United States are available. Shipments cannot be sent to APO or PO boxes or to foreign addresses.
Damaged Shipments:
Please contact the shipping carrier to report a damaged shipment and file a claim. If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the shipping carrier, please contact us at 1-866-GFT-BSKT and we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Billing Information:
Your credit card will be billed for the amount of the item(s) ordered, PA sales tax if applicable, and delivery and/or shipping fees. Your credit card will be billed either the same day as the shipment or delivery is made or after the shipment or delivery is made.
PA Sales Tax:
Pennsylvania sales tax will be applied as applicable.
